MINOR (18 Semester Hours)

One eighteen (18) hour minor is required for this degree program.

A business administration minor is highly recommended for those students that wish to pursue a concentration in the sub discipline of Land Surveying. Computer science, mathematics, physics, geography, and environmental science are examples of other complementary minors to the field of geomatics.

Students wishing to pursue advanced degrees in Geomatics are advised to substitute PHY 2262 and 2263 for PHY 2252 and 2253, and to select a minor in mathematics or computer science to be competitive in graduate school.
