| One way to strengthen empathy skills is by putting yourselves into other people's shoes. That is exactly what our children have been doing. This week students will be participating in the "Trial of Tears." This will be an exercise that the entire fourth grade will be partaking in. Your children will learn all about the hardships and real life tragedies that the Native Americans went through in our country as they walk and rest on the "Trail of Tears". Students will also be working on their tribal groups that they are so excited to show you on open house night! They are learning so much! | ||
