My name is Alicia Anderson and I am currently a graduate student at Troy University pursuing my master in Post Secondary Education – Instructional Technology. I believe that if graduate students are to become successful professionals, self discipline and self-direction are essential characteristics.

Career Profile
My employment with Troy University began in1994. My current position working with Graduate Enrollment Management with Troy University’s eCampus structure includes: Orientation/Recruitment which encompass Communications Management and Reporting, Program Orientation, Strategic Management, Goals Establishment, and Counseling/Advising; Marketing Objectives for Market Research, Media Development and Promotion, Prospect Management, Communications Management, Cohort Development, Special Events, Tracking, and Reporting; Cross-Training.
Process Improvements: identified viable suggestions for efficiency for student prospects; reappraise procedures and techniques to insure efficiency; request and review retention reports to retain students; produces complete and accurate work at satisfactory levels; works proficiently using computer and software; ensured that students remained informed about programs, access to Web Express and Blackboard technologies; identified and justified the need for additional staff to accommodate the vast number of prospective students and applicants seeking acceptance. Effectively use resources including staff, time, and materials to promote student enrollments.
